Maryland Summer Music Festival 2026 Vendor Application

Thanks for your interest in joining us at Maryland Summer Music Festival 2026! The festival is scheduled for August 29, 2026 at the Jim Rouse Theatre For The Performing Arts Center. Please read EVERYTHING below prior to completing the application.

All vendors must provide and set up their own tables, chairs, etc.

We are looking for a diverse group of high quality vendors. In order to achieve this goal, we limit the number of vendors in any given category.

Important Dates

Applications Open: March 20th

Applications Close: April 25th

Acceptance Notifications Sent: May 5th

Vendor Agreement and Payment Due: May 20th

Final Vendor Details Due: June 15th

Vendor Load-In Instructions Sent: August 15th

Festival Date: August 29th

Upon acceptance vendors will receive a link to the pay booth fee online. Booth fees must be paid online, we are unable to accept payments in person.
